In today’s India, rampant injustice by auto drivers, bus conductors, and bus drivers plagues common citizens. The project aims to address this issue by creating a system for lodging complaints effectively. Current complaint boxes often lead to unanswered grievances. The proposed tool utilizes iOS technology to capture evidence discreetly, such as auto details or misbehaviour, and submits it to the authorities. This empowers citizens to report injustices with anonymity, ensuring accountability.
Module Description
User
The primary and main function is to take images without preview. It takes an image without a shutter sound, preview and flash and it will be saved into the SD card of the Android phone. The second function records audio and video clipping from the spot. The application automatically sends data to the server and email ID which is actually the website. It later sends messages to registered phone numbers with location details.
Server
The main purpose of the server module is to act as an intermediate between iOS application and website. The data received from the iOS application is saved in the database and these data are fetched by the website.
Website
This function lets users register and download application. The authorized person or site administrator can view complaints and reports from the app users and notifies the respective departments.
