The modern age thrives on technology, even in restaurants. Owners are increasingly turning to tech like PDAs, wireless LAN, and touch screens to elevate dining. This paper explores the limitations of paper and PDA-based ordering systems and introduces an affordable touch screen Restaurant Management System using Android devices. Each table features a customer tablet with the menu, connected to the kitchen display via an online server. Orders reach the kitchen instantly, enhancing efficiency, reducing errors, and enabling customer feedback. This system overcomes previous drawbacks and offers cost-effectiveness through a one-time gadget investment.
